REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR: PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF A PUBLIC INFORMATION CAMPAIGN (PIC) TO PROMOTE TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION and TRAINING (TVET) IN NEPAL

 

The British Council is seeking service of an organisation for the preparation and delivery of a Public Information Campaign (PIC) to promote Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Nepal through its EU funded project Dakchyata: TVET Practical Partnership in collaboration with Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). The PIC entails media and community outreach activities such as events, job fairs, open days, workshops, media planning and monitoring, and other promotional events as detailed in the ToR and RFP.

HOW TO APPLY: All documents required as part of your tender response should be submitted at the in-tend by Wednesday, 31 July, 2019.

 

The documents that must be submitted to form your tender response are listed at Part [2] (Submission Checklist) of Annex [3] (Supplier Response) to the RFP.

 

DEADLINE: Submission has to be made by Wednesday, 31 July, 2019.

 

IMPORTANT: Please note that no phone call or email queries will be addressed during the Call period. Interested suppliers are welcomed to submit queries through the in-tend portal within the given deadline. Additionally, there will be a pre-bid session held to address specific queries, the date and venue of which is specified in the RFP.

 

The Dakchyata TVET Practical Partnership project is implemented under the leadership of Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) funded by the European Union and managed by the British Council in coordination with CTEVT. The project works with TVET stakeholders at national/local levels in the three economic sectors: Agriculture, Construction and Tourism in Nepal, to support the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) reform process.
